Annual salary RMB 360,000–420,000 (pre-tax), estimated ~RMB 28,000/month after tax. 40-hour work week, 5 days/week, weekend teaching required. Visa processing assistance provided. ## Required Qualifications

- Native English speaker (standard pronunciation)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Graduated within the past 3 years (preferred)
- Age 26 and below (preferred)
- 120-hour TEFL certificate (required before work visa processing; costs may be reimbursed per company policy)
- Education / Early Childhood Education major preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Beijing, China
- Passion for working with young children aged 2.5–5
- Preference: candidates from USA, Canada, UK already in China and willing to relocate to Beijing
- Qualified candidates outside China are also welcome (visa assistance provided)
